Join James Manke as he walks you through a step by step progression on a solid storm roll that you will find reliable to rough water conditions. A storm roll allows you to finish is the optimal position ready to brace and paddle away. For paddlers with lower back issues, a forward finish roll such as a storm roll tend to be preferred.
