Quick Kayak Outfitting in Just One Day

Drop off your kayak in Ucluelet for a quick 15-minute fitting, and pick it up six hours later, fully outfitted and ready for kayak adventure.

Outfitting is one of the most important yet often overlooked aspects of sea kayaking. A proper fit helps you get the most out of your kayak, improving comfort, control, and performance. This service provides a customized outfitting package tailored specifically to your sea kayak.

We begin by measuring your fit when you drop off your kayak. Six hours later, it will be ready for pickup. Please note that the contact cement used in the outfitting process requires at least 24 hours to fully cure before the kayak is ready for use.

The base package includes custom-cut and shaped closed-cell foam thigh hooks and lateral support. Additional outfitting such as backrests, foot blocks, or hip padding is available at an extra cost if needed.
