West Greenland Kayak by Melissa Woods

This replica of a traditional Greenland Kayak was custom built for a 90 lb woman. It is built with western red cedar and held together with lashing (a waxed nylon synthetic sinew) and dowels, no clue or nails! It is wrapped in ballistic nylon then finished with polyurethane. This particular kayak weighs only 22 lbs
