All Levels Welcome - Stay Salty retreats typically accommodate paddlers from beginner to advanced. Whether you’ve never rolled before or compete in Greenland rolling competitions, there’s something for you.

Technique Variety - Expect instruction across a range of rolling styles: butterfly roll, standard Greenland roll, layback / hand rolls, storm rolls, sweep / reverse sweeps, and forward-finish hand rolls.

Land & Water Integration - Workshops blend land drills, biomechanics theory, and on-water practice to help you internalize movement patterns and timing.
Camaraderie & Culture - Outside of training, participants engage in group activities and cultural exchanges, building bonds that go beyond paddling skills.
